If you are looking for a band that will cover some of your favorite artists from, Tom Petty to Weezer, Coldplay to Black Sabbath, and Matchbox 20 to Nine Inch Nails then Last Call is the band for you! For four years this rock/pop/classic rock band consisting of Evan Wheeler, lead vocals/lead guitar, Chris Reynolds, lead vocals/rhythm guitar, David Lenda, backing vocals/bass guitar, and Craig Carroll, drums have been entertaining music fans.

           As a cover band the guys of Last Call play various songs. Their favorite song to perform is “Black Betty” by Ram Jam. Performing mostly in cities in Ohio, Last Call has also made appearances in Michigan and Indiana. Out of all of the interesting places the band performs, their favorite spot is Park Street Patio in downtown Columbus, Ohio. At the Columbus venue Last Call tells us the crowds are always huge and the audience really gets into the music. Crowds like this make shows there a blast. With musical influences like Queen, Genesis, Steely Dan, Led Zeppelin, and Rush, Last Call is currently in the process of writing their own material.

           As musicians Last Call loves, “entertaining people and helping enjoy a party-like atmosphere. If the crowd has fun, so do we,” lead vocals/lead guitar Evan Wheeler tells Tunes and Trends. Although performing and having a good time is an enjoyable part of the musician life, there is also a rough part. The hardest thing for LC is keeping up with the newest material allowing their audience to experience a new show every time they perform. Wheeler says, “We don't want our fans to ever get tired of our material, and we don't want to burn ourselves out either!”
